Overview

SNAP-8.

SNAP-8, also listed as acetyl octapeptide-3, is a chain of eight amino acids. The N-terminus is acetylated and the C-terminus is amidated, so both ends are capped. Its sequence is Glu-Glu-Met-Gln-Arg-Arg-Ala-Asp.

Each sealed vial holds 10 mg of lyophilized peptide. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC, at an independent laboratory, for each lot. The report is published on this page.
